Medical Fittings

Most of the medical fittings are stainless steel capillary tubes, and these fittings have different processing methods because of their different functions.

Application scope of stainless steel medical fittings:

It is mainly used in the manufacturing of medical devices and tableware. (18-10): + 18% chromium + 10% nickel to make it more durable and corrosion resistant. There is no metal ion precipitation at all. This stainless steel is called 18-10 stainless steel.

Processing mode

Processing method capillary head processing: Jrss Steel is specialized in stainless steel capillary, and some customers will often need to process the head, and these processed pipe fittings will be used in some minimally invasive surgical instruments to make better medical services.

Capillary necking: the original name of necking is to use pipe fittings to necking, mostly for the processing of some needle tubes, and for medical devices.

Capillary sharpening: sharpening is a different process. The process of sharpening is smoother, and there will be some traces of sharpening.

Capillary flanging: flanging is the same as flanging. If you don't know, imagine rolling sleeves and trouser legs, you should know what kind of technology it is.

Capillary expanding processing: the expanding processing is mainly to expand a section of straight pipe with one end. This process often uses some medical pipes with different ends.

Capillary bending processing: bending processing is used in some medical devices where there are elbows. The capillary tubes folded by Jrss Steel are more uniform, and the internal space is almost unchanged.

Capillary reducing processing: reducing is a continuous process, used for some medical devices with variable diameter.
